How to add a User account in windows 11
  1. Click on the “Start” menu and select “Settings” (the gear icon).

2. In the Settings menu, select “Accounts.”

3. In the Accounts menu, click on “Family & other users” on the left-hand side.

4. Under the “Other users” section, click on the “Add someone else to this PC” button.

5. On the next screen, select the “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information” option.

6. Next, select the “Add a user without a Microsoft account” option.

7. On the next screen, you’ll be prompted to enter a username and password for the new user account. Enter a username and password of your choice and click “Next.”

8. When you click on “Next” it will bring you back to the settings screen where you can then select an account type for the new user: “Standard user” or “Administrator.” A standard user account can use most software and change system settings that won’t affect other users, while an administrator account can make changes that affect all users on the computer.

9. If you want to switch to the new user account, click on the “Start” menu, click on your user icon on the top left, and then select the new user account from the list.
